Hi! No, the developers told itch.io to issue the refund but from the moment they did, itch.io stopped communicating altogether and did not issue anything despite my many messages. I'd like to know if it's okay for them and that my account won't get penalised. The whole thing has started more than a month ago...

I’ve had a ticket opened for almost a month: 382382. It was for a refund.

itch.io has eventually asked the developer for a solution: the developer had none and accepted the refund immediately, which they’ve asked to itch.io. Since then, I can’t get any answer from itch.io… nor a refund.

I had to open a file on PayPal, and they’ve issued a refund automatically. Now, I wanted to know: can my account be penalised? Can itch.io close it or something? I’ve sent a mail to ask them that and to keep them up to date, but I don’t really know if I should expect an answer since they’ve been mostly ignoring me so far.
