for some unknown reason, later in the game, my target circle shrank to the size of a leaf that drops, and it stops attacking anything but the trees. then, if a lazer turret drops from a tree, a green bolt will occaisionally shoot at whereever the tiny circle is, but that only sometimes strikes enemies. I have no idea how this could have happened.
Emptying the browser cache & hard reloading did not fix the problem.
Based on your description, I think you may need to check the weapon slots.
love the game just 1 thing ... i think the attack speed upgrade should be an early upgrade thanks !
Thank you for your feedback! Am I understanding correctly that you feel the early-game pacing is a bit too slow?
I like it, nice work
Thank you so much for your support. It really means a lot to me.
I beat the whole thing and I noticed that at least right now when you get to the end, the special squimos stop spawning that you need for advancing research. But I imagine that is just a quirk of the demo mainly.
I beat it yesterday before you added the ability to switch back to previous stage, so probably this issue doesn't matter now.
Sorry, the fact that elite squimos stop spawning was actually an intentional design choice. I wanted research to be tied to value and a sense of achievement, so returning to previous stages does not allow players to farm them again. However, I'll reconsider this design, and I may need more feedback to find a better balance.
When does the idle gameplay start?
Sorry, the "idle" tag might have been misleading. In the full version, there will be powerful upgrades that reward staying still, making you much less concerned about losing HP and letting you focus on building up your offensive power. That might be closer to the kind of experience you had in mind.
However, the game is still mainly built around active gameplay, so it may be different from what you were expecting. Thanks for checking it out, and I appreciate your feedback!
Brotato but bad
Great game, wish the elites kept spawning after completing demo.
Yes, it will continue until the end of the game.
