Right after the game ended I rushed to the bathroom. I was convinced I was going to puke, and I leaned in on the toilet, waiting. Of course, I did not actually vomit; yet my head was spinning -- it was the closest I've gotten to in years, even if I couldn't possibly relate to half of the things I had just witnessed.
Of course -- and especially given this is a game jam game --I have found issues in how forced the scene's progression is at some points, and how fluctuating the quality of the dialogue can be. However, that won't ever take away how crude and real the whole experience is; not to artificially create shock value, or to evoke a reaction from a consumer, but out of genuine need for artistic expression and exploration of trauma and desires. Hated every second of it, good job!
[SPOILERS] Rory was right, she did not leave the appointment alive.
