If there is any chance of adding new kinks, maybe weight gain as well? It would be interesting having your slaves retrieve food for ya if you get stuck in your cell.
As stated in the description of the game, no new kinks are planned to be added officially. It is possible a mod may be made for this in the future though there is none at the moment.
