This game has beautiful art, soundtrack and amazing gameplay! Been addicted playing so much for the past few weeks, absolutely loving Skyland!
So addicted I may have found a few bugs and broken the game a few times though :(
Both on GC GB player using GBI
First crash from endless battle mode, around lvl 26 I think?
Second crash, was rapidly tapping through dialogue when the game froze, lines in back and unresponsive afterwards.

Not sure if any of these are due to cheaper flash cart or actual game issues.
I noticed that after a certain island size the price to increase island size is massive and I assume meant to stop from expanding further, but if my island has no space left when I loot 2x2 blocks from other islands then it'll force mine to expand past this limit, great for some free expansions and not sure if it's breaking the game.
Still enjoying playing through it though!
I'm glad you've been enjoying the game and thank you for helping to uncover these issues!
The first crash must have happened when the game ran out of resources for allocating more blocks during the endless mode, Skyland can only spawn 181 blocks at once. I've never hit the upper limit myself, but it definitely seems to be possible, so I'll try to increase it.
I fixed the second crash, and yeah that's indeed what's breaking the game. The game will sometimes give you some free terrain when picking up blocks from quests, various levels, etc. if your island is full to prevent you from having to salvage stuff. While you can't build an island larger than 14 blocks wide under normal circumstances, 16 blocks wide is a hard limit on the size of an island, the game got stuck in an infinite loop trying and failing to increase the size of an island past 16 until it eventually crashed due to a separate problem.

Yes, if you find any issues, please let me know, it's helpful when people uncover bugs! Multiplayer adventure mode would be really cool, other people have asked for that as well, it would be a lot of work though and I haven't decided whether to add it yet. As a first draft, I could create a multiplayer adventure mode where player 1 controls most of the dialog and map navigation, and player 2 is idle during dialog sequences and drops in to participate in battles. Getting the dialog boxes and other stuff like that synchronized will take a while.
