Do I need a team?
No. You can enter solo or with a team of up to 4 people.
How do I find teammates?
The Discord is the best place to find teammates and talk with other jammers.
What is the theme?
The theme is VOID OF MOON. You can build around the Moon, the Void, or both. It's up to you how you want to use it.
Should my game have background music?
It is recommended to play without background music. Since the theme is set around the "Void", silence builds a more immersive, eerie, and atmospheric space experience.
Can I use assets I bought or downloaded before the jam?
Yes. Pre-made art, sound, and music packs are allowed as long as they are not AI-generated. The game itself must be made during the jam.
Can I use AI tools?
No. AI tools, AI art, AI music, AI-generated code, and AI-generated writing are not allowed in this jam.
What engine should I use?
You can use any engine you like, such as Godot, Unity, Construct, GDevelop, or WebGL, as long as your game can run in a web browser.
Is there a game size or platform requirement?
Yes. All games must be playable directly in the browser using HTML5. Desktop-only builds are not supported.
Can I submit after the deadline?
No. Late submissions will not be accepted or judged.
How does voting work?
Submitters can rate other entries. Ratings are handled through a randomized queue to help keep things fair.
What if my team breaks up mid-jam?
That's okay. You can continue working solo or finish the project with whoever remains on the team.
Is NSFW or 18+ content allowed?
No. Submissions should be suitable for a general audience. No nudity, sexual content, or excessive gore.
Who do I contact with questions?
Ask in the Discord. That's the easiest way to get help or ask questions.
