    An alarming percentage (58%) of Portuguese don't lock their smartphone/tables. I have friends that I had to pressure into adding a pin code. "I don't have any personal photos there" is usually the reason. I'll then try to explain their email is the door to everything else

    I can’t shut off work because I’m not doing my best and I’m not doing my best because I can’t shut off... I’m stuck... Oh well, somehow I’ll figure this out. Thank you for putting up with this rant, I just needed to vent out loud for a bit somewhere.

    You see, I still managed to schedule 4 meetings for this week! Among other stuff I’m going to likely do. What‘s wrong with me?! I’m unable to find a period of time I’m comfortable being 100% away from work and completely offline by not having my phone, tablet or laptop turned on.

    Work is what I also ended up doing, work pulls me in through my phone, work manages to always call me. Work is something I really love, but work is constantly present in my life. Work now isn’t productive enough so work is mostly frustrating me and work is slowly burning me out..

    My one week vacation started last Saturday and I tried to “disconnect” for this past three days. Had my phone on “silence” and “do not disturb” mode, avoided picking it up as much as possible and tried to do as many activities I wanted as I could, not necessarily by this order...
