    5. Support students BEFORE they graduate: Universities spend weeks inducting students, but provide nowhere near the level of preparation for life after University. Prepare them emotionally and career wise as it’s one of the toughest adjustments to make, we need ENDUCTIONS lol

    3. Encourage students to attend industry events but also educate them on how to appropriately behave around marginalised folks when attending. 4. BE HONEST about the state of their commercial prospects and let them know what they’re up against, rather than not addressing it.
